"The countless hours of researching pools and pool contractors to no avail.
When my husband and I decided to build a pool, I researched pool contractors, shapes of pools, pool equipment and pavers on-line for many hours and several days. When the time came to hire a pool contractor, I called five different pool contractors to give me quotes as well as show them the pictures I had printed off the computer, of the shape of pool I wanted. Unfortunately, Swimcraft Pools was not one of the contractors I first consulted. I was quite amazed at the response, or better said, lack of response I received from the pool contractors. They eventually came back to me with a variance of prices and most of them had diagrams of pools that looked a little like what I wanted, but all seemed to answer questions in around about ways. I could not find one pool contractor that made me feel comfortable, undertaking such a huge project like building a pool. Some pool contractors are good about making an appointment to find out what you want, then taking weeks and weeks getting back to you only to find out, half of what you expressed you wanted in the pool and deck area, was not on the diagrams at all. It was taking so long selecting a pool contractor, my husband asked, "Aren't we were going to build a pool?". My response, "not until I find the right pool contractor". One day I was discussing with a family member, how frustrated I was about the lack of success I was having, finding a suitable pool contractor. The family member said they saw a truck with Swimcraft Pools on the door and asked me if I had contacted them. I am happy to report, The Rest Is History." 
 
"The construction of my beautiful pool and deck area.
At the first meeting with Swimcraft, I took the picture I had printed off the computer with the changes I wanted made, just like I had done with the other pool contractors. The sales staff told me that they would draw a diagram of the pool and submit for my approval, with their proposal. Two days later, they provide me with the proposal along with a CD with 3D images of the pool, the pool and deck area connected to my lanai, patio furniture, planters with plants and even the shape of pavers I was considering using. They showed me what the pool and deck area would look like in the day light as well as at night. That's right all in 3D and in color. I was able to add a couple of things to the pool design and take a couple things away. I saw how the look of the deck area would change when I moved planters, patio furniture or changed the style of pavers.  I made several trips to their office with a change here and there. Never one time did the staff at Swimcraft act like I was being a problem by making changes. On every occasion, they acted like me being there, was my first visit with them. A another huge asset of using Swimcraft Pools is, if you request them to add something to your pool or deck area that is not cost effective, they tell you up front. Every other pool contractors I met with said "lady I can put in whatever you have money for". Swimcraft would advise against things they knew would not be cost effective or would not work well in my design. In other words, Swimcraft kept me from s spending thousands of dollars that I would have spent, but not been happy with. During the construction of my pool, it was not uncommon to see the Swimcraft owner or supervisors, in my back yard, reviewing the progress of work done up to that point. They stayed on top of the job at every level of construction. Swimcraft would call me or send me emails advising me, where they stood on the construction, or where they stood on receiving specific items I had ordered, or even just to find out how I was doing and if I was happy with everything so far. They sent me an email advising me of what work was to be done next, and weather allowing, when it would be done. They notified me in advance, on when they needed to be in our home for wiring. We were kept abreast of every level of the construction. Be assured, great communication between you and your pool contractor is what is needed to maintain your sense of confidence that you have made the correct choice in selecting the contractor. Swimcraft took what seemed to be an overwhelming project to me and handled it with confidence, character and integrity. I'm not saying small things didn't go wrong from time to time, and I would be lying if I did. What I am saying is Swimcraft has professional, pleasant people to work with and anything thing at all, great or small, done not like you want, they are there to make it right and to make you happy. It's not the error that was made but how it was corrected."

"If I had to build 100 pools

One of my first statements to Swimcraft in preliminary meetings was, I do not want an ordinary pool and deck area.
